Private Lessons
Interested in having some one to one coaching for your swimmers? Do you want to have focused lessons on stroke technique? Does your little one have a special connection or bond with one of our older swim team members? Then contact one of our instructors (listed below) who are eager to offer Private Swim Lessons to our Seven Locks Swim & Tennis Club members this summer!
Coach Steph has been the SHARKS Head Coach for 3 years and loves being in the water with her swimmers. Steph was an MCSL swimmer herself and spent years in the classroom teaching elementary school children. She specializes in teaching lessons and stroke technique to all ages and abilities!
Coach Healey Morgan is an Assistant Coach for the Seven Locks Sharks with over eight years of coaching experience working with swimmers of all ages and ability levels. She swam club for more than 12 years, earning All-American honors and Maryland State records, and currently competes as a Division I swimmer at William & Mary Athletics. Healey is passionate about swimming and looks forward to helping swimmers build skills, confidence, and a love for the sport this summer.

Coach Andrew has been coaching the Seven Locks Sharks for many years. He swam for Seven Locks from the age of 6 until he graduated. He has years of competitive swimming experience. He started club swimming when he was 9, and swam with FINS, Sea Devils, and All Star Aquatics (ASA). This summer, Andrew is a rising 3rd year at UVA where he is also a member of the Club Swim Team. Andrew enjoys working with swimmers of all ages and skill levels, and is passionate about helping kids grow both in and out of the pool.
Lia Kudelko, 17, has been swimming with Seven Locks for 12 years and coaching for the past 5. She swam year-round with Tollefson Swimming and All Star Aquatics for 9 years and was a four-year member and captain of her Winston Churchill High School varsity swim team. Lia will be attending the University of Michigan in the fall. Lia loves working with swimmers of all ages and abilities, from helping young swimmers gain confidence in the water to helping competitive swimmers improve technique and drop time. She is excited to help each swimmer reach their goals while making lessons fun and rewarding.
Lily Chadwick, 18, has been a Seven Locks Shark for 10 years and coaching Sharks for the past 5 years. She is currently a Senior Coach, working with all age groups. She swam year-round with All Star Aquatics for 8 years, as well as on her high school varsity swim team. She recently graduated from Winston Churchill High School and will be attending Dartmouth in the Fall. Lily loves working with swimmers of all ages and levels, from first-timers in the water to those looking to drop time and improve their technique.
Harper Rushton, 17, has been swimming with the Sharks since she was 8. Year-round, she swims with the All Star Aquatics National Training Group. A member of the Stone Ridge Class of 2027, Harper is committed to swim and study at Denison University starting in Fall 2027. She is excited to work with swimmers of all ages and abilities to get more comfortable in the water or to improve their technique and speed.
Jack Leininger (15) has been on the Seven Locks swim team since 2019 when he was 8 years old. He is a member of the class of 2029 at Walt Whitman high school. Jack swam competitively for the Capital Sea Devils and is currently a member of the Seven Locks Swim Team. He likes to work with kids who are new to swimming to help them get comfortable with the water. Jack has a 5 year old sister on pre-team named Sydney who he has helped teach how to swim.
