The Seven Locks Sharks
The Seven Locks Swim + Dive Team is a beloved community at the heart of the Seven Locks Swim and Tennis Club. Joining the team is fun for the whole family. Our Sharks spend their summer swimming and diving, all while learning sportsmanship, self confidence, healthy fitness habits, water safety, and self-discipline.

Membership: Open to Seven Locks Pool Members, ages 18 and younger
- Pre-team is for children 4 years and up who have had an introduction to swimming freestyle, but are not quite ready for competitive swimming
- To be considered for the pre-team, participants must be comfortable putting their face in the water, and can swim a ½ length of the pool without assistance and without stopping and/or grabbing the wall or lane ropes.

Season: Tuesday after Memorial Day to the last weekend in July
Meet Schedule: (Swim)
- 10 dual Meets - Every Wednesday and Saturday starting early June
- Divisional Championship - July 18th
- Relay Carnival - Held one Sunday during the regular season (usually early July)
- All Stars (Individual and Relays) - Last weekend in July
Meet Schedule: (Dive)
- 5 dual meets every Sunday starting June 14th
- Divisional Championship - July 19th
- All Starts (12 & under) - July 22nd
- All Stars (13 & up) - July 23rd

- Pep Rallies - Fridays before Saturday A Meets
- Pancake Breakfast - The Friday morning practice before or after the 4th of July
- Stars vs Stripes Meet - The Friday morning practice before or after the 4th of July
- Lollipop Meet (Pre-Team & 8 and Unders) - Fun friday meet at the end of the season to celebrate the hard work of all our pre-team swimmers (hosted by the swim team and coaches)
