For the 2026 summer season we will be competing in Montgomery County Diving League (MCDL) Division III against:
Potomac Woods, Little Falls, Old Farm and Mill Creek Towne.
We will also have one Non-Divisional Meet against Palisades and Flower Valley this year.

Interested in diving, but not yet ready to commit to the team?
Option 1 - "Learn about Diving" Clinic
You heard about dive but aren't sure what it is all about. Join one of the upcoming "Learn about diving" clinics where you can meet and talk with the coaches, Seven Locks divers and participate in fun activities on and off the board. The SL Dive team parent rep will also be there to answer all things about being a part of the SL dive team. We hope to see you there!
"Learn about Diving" Clinic #1 - Friday May 29th - 5:30-7:30pm - sign up
"Learn about Diving" Clinic #2 - Sunday, May 31st 1-3pm or 3-5pm - sign up
Other clinics may be added if there is interest.
Option 2 - "Try Dive" Program
The "Try Dive" program is for prospective divers who want to join practice for a week before committing to the team for the season. The diver can register for the program via the registration link and selecting "try dive" option. The diver can then attend any of the practices listed on the "Practice Schedule" page for a week.
